Please read the following to understand what information we collect through our mobile app and website and you readily accept the policies outlined below.
1. Information we collect
We receive the following information from you:
During registration, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number. When you add details of the person you want to track then we may collect that person’s name and mobile phone number. We may collect transaction ID when you use our premium service.
During the service we collect your mobile phone’s location details via GPS, Wi-Fi or network operator‘s tower signal, unique user identifier, mobile device identifies, IP address, mobile operating system data, mobile network identification data, mobile phones SMS logs in case of premium service. We may also collect your IP address, browser cookies, referring pages urls, mobile carrier type, device type and model, mobile device operating system and based on your mobile phones settings, your geo-location data, including GPS coordinates and Wi-Fi details.
2. How we use your collected Information
We use your to provide a safe, efficient and personalized experience. We use your information to:
- Assess your needs to determine suitable products or services.
- Send you requested product or service information.
- Provide custom, personalized content and information, including advertising
- Administer your account.

Our Service allows parents to keep track of their children’s location and whereabouts on mobile phone devices that the Parent has added to their account. The Service is intended to be used by children under 13 only with significant parental involvement and necessary approval. You can obtain the “iLocateMobile Parental Consent Form” document, which must be completed, signed, and returned to us. At any time, if you suspect that we inadvertently had access to data from a child under 13 without your consent, please contact us via e-mail at support@ilocatemobile.com. We can then analyze this request and prevent future occurrences for the same.
5. How we protect your Information
When we collect personal information directly from you, we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We are not responsible for invasion by third parties of any privacy settings on your device. You can reduce these risks by using safe practices of common sense, such as choosing a strong password, using different passwords for different services, not accessing our website or app from public or shared computers.
6.Third Party Analytics
We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Track Any Phone Service. Tools like Firebase collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third-party applications, and other information that assists us in analysing and improving the Service.
When you utilize the Track Any Phone Service via a mobile device, we may receive, collect, and store unique identification numbers linked with your device or our mobile application (such as UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Ad ID, or another identifier), as well as details including your mobile carrier, device type, model, and manufacturer. Additionally, we may gather information about your mobile device’s operating system brand and model, phone number, and, if permitted by your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, such as GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi location, or similar information pertaining to your device’s location.
7. Third Party Networks
We reserve the right to share your information or permit third-party ad networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to gather information about your usage of the Track Any Phone Service over time. This allows them to show advertisements that could be pertinent to your interests on the Track Any Phone Service, as well as on other websites, applications, services, or devices you use.

8.How Can I Update User Access or Deactivate my Account?
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our app Service, you may email us at support@ilocatemobile.com to deactivate your account. You may also update or amend your personal information in your profile settings within the Track Any Phone app or by emailing us.
Uninstalling the Track Any Phone app from your mobile device will not delete the personal information that has been retained about you. Your user content can be deleted permanently by emailing a request to support@ilocatemobile.com.
You can also delete your account at iLocateMobile app > menu > my profile > Delete Account.
9. How Can I Manage Communication with Track Any Phone?
You may “opt out” of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing us at support@ilocatemobile.com
If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts.
10. Your Right to be Forgotten
If you wish for us to delete all information we have about you, please contact us at support@ilocatemobile.com
Please be aware, however, that we may need to keep certain information for record-keeping purposes, transaction completion, or to comply with legal obligations. You also retain the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority regarding our collection and use of your personal information.
For further details, please reach out to your local data protection authority. If you believe your personal data has been processed in a manner inconsistent with GDPR regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. The supervisory authority will then inform you of the progress and outcome of your complaint.

You may, at your discretion, request modifications or updates to this Privacy Policy periodically. It is recommended that you review this page regularly.
